2025 Warren Jones Gala Lunch

Join us for a special celebration on the final day of racing at the 2025 Warren Jones International Youth Regatta. Enjoy delicious food and beverage and hear from our guest speaker, Olympian Matt Wearn, who made history by winning the gold medal in the Laser class at the Tokyo 2021 Olympics and successfully defended his title at the Paris 2024 Olympics, match racing his way to the second Gold.  Matt won silver medals in 2018, 2019 and 2020 at the Laser World Championships and in 2022 was awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia.

We are also delighted to have Michael Smith as our MC for the event. A respected leader with extensive experience in strategic development and performance management, Michael serves on the board of Cycling Australia  and Starbucks Australia. His dynamic presence will ensure a memorable and engaging afternoon.

• Price: $160 per ticket (tables of ten available)

• Cash Bar: At the conclusion of the luncheon

• Option:  Limited opportunities to go on the water aboard member's boats to watch the finals up close.

 

Following the lunch, join us for finals racing and the presentation of prizes on the lawn at the RFBYC.
