Enjoy delicious food and beverage and hear from our guest speaker, Skip Lissiman, a distinguished figure in Australian sailing. Skip was a key crew member of the historic Australia II team that won the America’s Cup in 1983, achieving a remarkable victory by just 41 seconds. Beyond his racing achievements, Skip has made significant contributions to youth sailing as the inaugural Chair of Australian Sailing’s Youth Advisory Panel, guiding the development of programs and best practices across the country. In recognition of his services to sailing, he was awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia.
